Our history begins in 1996 when we started to carry out automation projects, this is to change controls with relays to PLC controls using different brands of programmable logic controllers (PLC) such as: Telemecanique, Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley, some of the works were :
- Update of the control panel of traveling cranes in DEACERO Saltillo Plant.
- Design and Manufacture of Board for water treatment plants.
- Design and Manufacture of board with SLC500 in Chrysler plant Motors for control of conveyor of washing machine of Racks.
- Electric control update with SLC500 Press in John Deere Saltillo
- Design and update of controls of 4 Presses in Cinsa Saltillo Plant.
- Installation of PLC modicom for control of welded mesh conveyor in Plant DEACERO Saltillo.
- Automation of 6 wire straightening machines in DEACERO Saltillo Plant.
- Assembly of Boards, power, electrical installation of galvanizing lines in DEACERO Saltillo plant.
- Assembly of liquid filler in Coca-Cola Piedras Negras Plant, control and board design with SLC500.
- Control design with SLC 500 of palletizer of soft drink container boxes at Coca-Cola Saltillo PET Plant.
In 1999 we entered the Robots area with the Fanuc brand, we participated as contractors in the installation of Frames assembly production lines at the MAGNA Saltillo plant, providing PLC 5 Allen Bradley and Panel View services 600,900,1000,1200,1400 , 1400e. As well as work in presses, feeders, straighteners on floor 2 of Magna Saltillo.
In 2003, work was carried out in Hermosillo Sonora to support the assembly and commissioning of production lines for Fusion, Mercury and Lincoln automobile parts. The managed systems were: Mig, Spot, Arc welding, Projection, Seal application,
Lines with Control Logix5000 and Panel View Plus 1000,1200.
